I just finished this online test to determine my leadership related strenghths ...its an xhausting 240 question long test...but i thought it was pretty revealing..... introspective in a wierd self congratulatory sense..
The funda is, that there are 24 main leadership related strengths that various people have in different degrees. The questions evaluate these strengths and give you a bar percentile rating of your level on these traits as compared to others of your age, education,nationality..etc..
One of my lowest strenghts was 'the capacity to love and be loved'..... hmm
in case u are curious about my scores (nosey nosey)

Hi, Geri!
It's a quite interesting test! :) I've just made it. My highest strength was "Appreciation of beauty and excellence", the weakest - "Industry, diligence, and perseverance" :( Wow, I'm working on it, let's hope that the next time I make the test I'll get a better score :-S
And what is your highest one? The link isn't working - it sends me to my profile.
HEy Tsveti..my highest Signature Strength was : 'Judgment, critical thinking, and open-mindedness'
my second signature strength was 'Appreciation of beauty and excellence'...so we have that in common :-)
That;s nice :) Even though "Judgement, critical thinking and open-mindedness" wasn't one of my biggest strenghts, as far as I can remember. And about your weakest strenght - I believe it's not weakest, but you just have other things you're much, much better in. :)
