Jolene and Geraldine did almost everything together in school,guide camps,confirmation class,maharashtra cadet corps, marching practice...they even would bribe their 'bench partners' so that they could sit together.If you were a school monitor you would be used to 'writing their names on the board' for their continuous babbling...you would shake your head in silent resignation at their patented code language (till date there are only two ppl in the world that can crack the code muhahhaha(evil laugh) )

...They did crazy things ,
They had emergency conferences in the girls' washroom ,rated all the school hunks on a very creative scale system, chalked out elaborate foolproof NASA-esque plans to get close to their crushes.......

They had their share of trauma too...they both survied a serious bus accident together when they were 15...and both of them had their share of rough times...eventually they passed out of school,went to differenct colleges,met different people ...the phone bills got a little higher but they were still just as close...

They made a lot more memories...basketball practice with the very cute coach,calligraphy class with the very creepy coach, food hunting in curious borivali neighbourhoods,finding mr.monster braganza , sorpotel at bandra fair,so many new years dances and a particularly fun one on the manori ferry,picnics at madh island,essel world,xmas parties,bithdays,easters.,making crazy dancing steps,..so many slumber parties and one that will stand out for the insanest reasons.....

They turned 21 ,passed out of college and strangely they are still ...well...as close as ever...they dont question it.they dont claim to understand why,its just one of those infinite truths in the world..they just were always going to be the bestest friends.period.

8 years later when they look back , there are so many happy memories ..crazy times,lots of laughs and high spirits! and they know that theres a lot more to come...so what if they are both planning to move to two opposite ends of the world ,with a continent and a couple of oceans in between.
