Vienna We agreed to meet Vlad after the conference in Austria, well Vienna is just 3 hours by bus from Budapest so a weekend in Vienna after seeing zero- zilch- nada –nothing in Russia seemed like a good idea.. met up with crazy swiss MC boys..
..had some good dinners and ate some extremely stomach churning things at the Australian pub which I will refrain from mentioning… but think creepy crawly….
And also I did all the wonderful conventional touristy things like eating Sacher Torte!! and going for a cooking class that teaches you to make Apple Strudel - Vienna even has an apple strudel hotline which you can dial for strudel emergencies!!! - you can send them a picture of your baked strudel and the diagnose what went wrong!!!
In general I loved Vienna, I loved chilling with the people and I was ready to go back..
German Growth Day… This was the most unplanned visit in the itinerary , being at a German conference which looked like a regional one with 57 LCPS yelling its good to be an LCP and drones of EB members everywhere… the MC which has a whole Building!! For an office with an elevator ,,,and different floors for NST.. X,TM … ER team..,,,CEEDers… I thought I didn’t get shocked easily ..but this office blew my mind
I also met my dear German roommate from Bulgaria roommate Christine...swapped stories and updated each other on our lives.. amazing girl .. I loved being roommates with her..
Slovenia,The country visit in Slovenia was special for a lot of reasons.. one of which was that during my time there I really saw the value why I was doing what I was doing and why it was important .. I loved getting to know Slovenian LC members,… and talking to the elects… this beautiful country with immense potential was like discovering something that had the possibility to be so big if given the right nudge…

Belgium ..when I called Sneha to tell her about a free weekend I had .. she said she was going to meet Ayesha in Belgium .. and before we knew it there was a mini Mumbai reunion in Belgium.. cooking Indian food together, swapping funny stories, doing all the touristy things in Bruges and Brussels and ODing on Waffles and decadent ,sinful and insanely yummy fresh Belgian Chocolate… totally worth the 2 days spent on the bus for a one and a half day intense fun time … cmon I was meeting my best friend after almost 2 years!
